People really talking about Kyrie like he’s ****ing Eric Bledsoe or something. Kyries a generational talent. You don’t trade someone like that unless you get someone of equal talent in return. He’s been injury prone but he’s 26 and has all the help in the world next season to alleviate minutes. This latest injury was also an infection which boils down to bad luck.

Not to mention Danny Ainge has loved kyrie for the longest time. People so quick to forget How good some players are soon as they’re out for some time.

Kyrie is a superstar and I’d like to have him on my team; however, he is not a generational talent.

Kyrie was just very good player putting up numbers on a bad team before LeBron came back to town. Kyrie is a more offensively efficient Stephon Marbury with better handles in my opinion.

Highly skilled player hardly a generational talent. The only players in the league currently I’d call generational type talents are LeBron, Kevin Durant, Anthony Davis, and maybe the Greek Freak. I think Ben Simmons has the potential to be one too, but the jury’s is still out depending on how much he can improve.

Mavs not gonna want Rozier and picks when they have DSJ already. I'm not staying on the phone if Brown isn't involved

I mean yeah. That probably is not a good fit. There is no way in hell they are getting Brown who was the #3 pick himself for the #5 pick though.

Orlando seems like the logical target.

If Memphis is trying to make the playoffs, Rozier would def help.

Throw in a potential top-5 pick next year and give them back their own pick.

Can’t see Orlando making that trade. Probably think Brown is another Simmons.

I really don’t think a trade that makes sense will be on the table. For teams with established PGs already, Brown is the odd man out.

Memphis can make the playoffs with their current roster if healthy. They don’t need Rozier. Getting back their own pick is enticing though.

We'll see what happens. Rozier just showed he could be a starting PG on a conference finalist. Can also play alongside another PG. The SAC pick is going to be top 10, and the Memphis pick is another lotto pick, on top of the Celtics own picks. Depends on what teams are looking for.

Regardless, Danny is going to be shopping Rozier for something.

Yea but he would only make them better. Add on a top-5 pick from sac and give them back their pick and they will definitely consider it.

Don’t think Ainge gives them that much tho and sure as hell not trading Brown to move up

Even though the logical move would be to keep everyone, with a bunch of assets piled up and an idea of where your team is/can go, Ainge will def try to pull something.

Might go for that blockbuster Anthony Davis trade, once NO rejects that, going for Bamba will def be the Plan B

Knicks get #14 and Faried for who cares what. Then trade #14 and Mudiays scrub *** for Rozier. Boston packages #14 and Smart for #5.

Let me dream.

tinashe out here shooting her shots...word she was at chateau marmont talking to donovan mitchell
but mitchell also left with a bunch of other girls

Think Danny keeps Rozier if Smart is too expensive. Losing both smart and Rozier this off season would be a huge hit to the guard rotation especially given Kyrie’s injury history

Dude. You are not getting a top 6 pick for Rozier and a couple future picks that nobody knows where they’ll land. And the Magic (the only PG needy team in the top 6) just hired a new coach and aren’t going to start their new regime with trading the #6 pick for a dude that’s been a backup his whole career til the end of this season because of an injury to the starter.

It would seem like a dumb move to trade him anyway prior to free agency considering Smart could leave you guys.

He's been a backup his whole career. But his whole career is 3 years

Including one making a deep playoff run as starter on short notice.

Let's not underestimate his value.
