Same as 997/998s. Half down from your usual Nike / Asics GL3/GLV size.

They run pretty much true to size or .5 big. They tend to stretch after a few wears. So if you like a tighter fit size down .5 or go TTS for a looser/normal fit.

574's normally run smaller than other models, so TTS on them. 996/997/998 all normally run big, so going .5 down is what most do...excluding Asian Made models.
