Are these raw? I know Momo does a lot of raw but im curious how much transfer there is on suede shoes like NB's when you wear them with raws. I'm looking to get my first pair here soon but hesistant just cause I wear mostly NBs and dont want to buy a pair of jeans I can only wear with my boots lol.

the 40% off the GY2 is tempting but with all the complaints about QC on them I feel like I would prob regret it if I got a pair and had issues with them.

Repped. I think I got the last sz 10.5 on the sp. I hope they don't oversell. I'm normally a sz 10 on 998s but the only available sizes were 9.5 and 10.5 so went with the 10.5. I hope these dont run big.

Digging those MP! Now with my first NB1 in hand, I feel like this going to be a painful vice. So many new ideas that need to be made.
Thanks guys! Unfortunately I cannot wear the blue pair just yet, major flaw. Separation from the midsole, about an inch or so opening. I'm sure if I wore them, it would open more with time. Hopefully NB can just replace and or fix this one shoe.

What's the comfort on the 1400s like? Are they comparable to the 998s? Been meaning to branch my collection out but if they're anything like the 1600s then I'm avoiding them like the plague.

the upper on the jcrew 1400 is softer than anything in my collection. its probably overall the most comfortable, best shaped, most plush shoe i've ever owned and i've been doing this since mid-late '90s. the 998 has a slightly more curved arch. the 1400 and 996 are a little flatter but the 1400 has more support than the 996. you really feel the ground in the 996. not so in the 998. 1400 is in between. but for my arch saucony always feels the best across the board. sometimes nb hits my foot slightly off

they definitely bleed. wore my lira and on only a few hours there was denim bleed but that's probably also because these jeans are relatively new. all unwashed denim bleeds in the beginning
