yea the manager got on the phone and was like naa we dont do that, he never said that..f*** it, gotta take an L from time to time..at least ima get what i want rather than be stuck with a pair i wasnt too crazy about
packers isn't much better. ive been working on an exchange since december... i sent back the shoes and was delivered on 1/14 to this day they haven't sent me tracking for my new shoes. not only that i talked to michael packer the owner today and he's like call the website customer service # right now they'll pick up the phone and help you. i call it i get voicemail again. i call packer store back and tell him uh... no one picked up the phone again. he's like okay someone will call you by tomorrow. so i say and if no one does? he says well call back the next day.... how hard is it to do a simple exchange? i know they had iman flattop shumpert at their store the other day... but gosh pick up the phone.
