Wasn't too bad, I was #8 in line and there was a little under 20 people that showed up with the majority showing up pretty late. First guy in line got there way early in the morning and they didn't even have his correct size, he was a sz 11 and left with a sz 12.

yeah i was like 15th and by then all the sizes were gone and i went guitar shopping lol honestly didnt expect (but probably should have) that STA was gonna have a line...now i know

how's the quality on them?

Are those the Chambray Blue joints? With J Crew, the colors seem to vary from picture to picture for some reason (ie. Pebble Blues, etc.). I'm about to pull the trigger on the Evergreens when I get paid again next week. 1400 is such a dope slept on model - it seems like it NEVER releases in the US... NB needs to bring it back.

ECapCity has the ML574YCGs in sizes 8-10. Karmaloop's UK site also has them so it might be worth it to just wait till they hit the US site for discounts.

Pebble blues are a J Crew exclusive, so look there. No coupons, so pay full retail. I'm going to next week before they disappear and I regret not scooping them.

I LOVE grey shoes, especially ones with warm color hits of orange, red, or yellow. These are a must.

Seriously, it's lame af when cats cut in line, but it''s even lamer when cats get salty about it afterwards but don't say anything to the offending people while it happens.. I'm older (and somewhat wiser) now and several years removed from my last physical confrontation, but that doesn't mean I'd ever let someone spot-jump without confronting them. During the Bred 11 release, after copping from FNL, I went to a local shop to try to secure a second pair (my girl was waiting in line for me, god bless her) and was about 20th in line. After a few people got pairs, with about 7 or 8 people ahead of me, they announced they were out of adult sizes. The 2 kids who were next in line started crying about how some people cut in front of them, how they'd been there for 12 hours, yada yada yada. Naturally, I felt a hint of sadness for them (I'm not a cold-hearted robot, after all), but that went away quickly, cuz they allowed it to happen without a single word of protest. I'm not saying it's worth fighting people over shoes or to be a hard ***, I'm just saying don't get upset about it if you flat out give them your spot. End rant.we got at least 2 people from this thread there, i hope yall aint letting that happen

Can you post a pic from a birds eye view? I see that hint of green, and surprisingly, it seems like it actually goes really well with those colors. I don't think I've ever seen that kind of color combination before (a mint green with red and orange). That is a beautiful shoe that ages like fine wine with every look I take. Kinda pissed I didn't jump on the red pair from Shoestores when I had the chance. In my opinion, they definitely look better than the Blue joints. I don't know, the pic of the blues on Shoestores.com isn't very flattering. The pics from Kith make them look ten times better, imo. Honestly, they have the shoeporn pics on lockdown. They always take the most beautiful pics of shoes, instead of the typical stock product photos found everywhere else.
