I have the suede 1300CL in the similar colorway and had only seen not great resolution pics of the 1300JP and JP2's which I just now realized are not suede but nubuck.

Has entirely to do with when it was produced. If it comes in a red box it means it was from the initial runs of V4 when the shoe was first released. They've switched to the new grey boxes in the last year.
