Sign up for an account you get some points like 250? Then every purchase you make you get points based on the amount I think its $1 per point. You have the option to redeem for $$ of a specific amount or credits or sometimes a free pair of NB. Outlet purchases count towards points as well.

For those that have the 990V4 AND 990V5, is there a big difference in comfort levels and which model do you prefer? I’ve been walking around all morning in the V4s I just got and I’ m loving them.

For me, the 990v5 is slightly more comfortable due to the ortholite insole, but I wouldn't consider it a significant upgrade in comfort.

I own a bunch of v4, one pair of v5. V4 is more comfortable IMO, I find that the v5 has a bit of an arch that the v5 doesn’t which is perfect for my fat/ flat feet.Not a big difference in comfort IMO and I prefer V4s in terms of comfort for sure.

While similar in comfort, I find the v4 to be much more comfortable than the v5 for all day walking and standing....I’ve done amusement parks in both and the v4 didn’t leave my feet feeling fatigued at the end of the day. The v5 heel sits lower due to the slight arch...it isn’t uncomfortable, just not AS comfortable as the v5. To me, v4 > 993 > v5

Finally tracked down these NB 580s (grails) in my size range.
I’m not sure how they fit. Should I opt with the same size that I usually get in the 997 and 998 (down 1/2 from my Nike size) or with the 574 (True to my Nike size)?

the denim on these is thinner than the standard leather or suede on an mt580...i have two pairs of these and the half size down works better for me. but your normal size might be ok too. definitely do not size up

Absolutely half size down. I went with my TTS and paid for it. They feel like boats on your feet.
