Man I wish I got into NB sooner.

Same, although it makes me wonder if i’d have been struggling to acquire pairs. Looking at older releases, it seems not many go beyond a size 13, or they did and they were all worn to death. With Jordans/Nikes, you see a handful of 10+ year old kicks come up now and again in a size 14/15. With NB seems to be an abundance of size 13 stuff, and that’s where it stops for the big foot folk.

True but I spent money on Nikes and Jordans that would have been spent on NBs instead.

Also the releases from 2017-2021 were more my style. 990v5, 992, 998 models without loud colors vs how it is now.

pre covid days for us NB collectors were a great time with many stuff going on deep disco without the scare of it going out of stock. however i would say NB1 being gone is the biggest casualty

Took it for granted, the days when Jcrew NBs were just sitting in stores and me saying I'll grab them later when there's a discount code, then Jcrew pulled out of UK closed all stores lol

If ALD never had collaborated I would’ve been out the game (a Nike/jb retro here and there).

NB brought joy back into buying kicks for me
