Pursuant to Judge Berman's Order, nothing was to remain sealed in this case, so the NFLPA re-filed it's Motion to Vacate including as an exhibit, the entire transcript from the Brady appeal hearing.

I'm not sure what's going on with the emails as that's something I'm just now seeing today. Those may have been filed as exhibits as well.

Also within the hearing transcript, Brady answered, under oath, "Absolutely not." to the following question, "Did you ever give anyone any directions or instructions or authorization, anything, for the AFC Championship Game that they should alter, change, lower the pressure of footballs?"
