just saying the last 5 years prior to this year they were 34-45.

and they won the division last year going 7-8-1

1 of those seasons they didn't have Cam.
They have the best front 7 in the L, and a 26 year old MVP at qb... As long as the front office doesn't pull some **** the 49ers have over the past couple years they should be fine.

@bkmac  Stephen Hill hasn't been a Panther since like August. Caught a DUI or something, tore his ACL, cut from the team.

Cam's already played with Brandon LaFell and he's got Ted Ginn Jr now. Stephen Hill would have made it a trifecta of brick hands around Cam.

They get Kelvin Benjamin back next year.
Most probable scenario is a complete fall of the Patriots empire once Brady leaves.
Damn, complete fall off though? I know you Jets fan would love that.

I don't take anything for granted anymore. It's very difficult to win a Superbowl and you need plenty of things to go your way, even stuff that you can't control.

I agree @Ballerific703. The fall off will be out of nowhere. He can take care of himself all he wants…Father Time stays undefeated. I think he can push the limit as long as he stays upright during games. If Favre was out here gunslingin' at 40 having the best season of his career, Brady could make it pretty far too.

McDaniels had his shot at a HC gig before and didn't do so well in Denver. Same goes with many other coordinators coming from the Bellicheck coaching tree.

Don't know too much about Garoppolo to have any sort of opinion, but Pats fans can only hope for a Favre - Rodgers situation.

I don't think Brady can last 3-5 years. I give him maybe 1-2 years left. Everyone's body breaks down. No way Brady still plays at an elite level at age 42-43.

Brady said he's playing till 45

Is the hoodie going to stay in ne without Brady though? Or do they retire the same year?

Belichick will outlast Brady. 99% sure of that.

I honestly don't think Tom plays his last snap in a Patriot uniform...

at these clowns who think i'd actually throw a brick through my favorite uncle's window. I do hope that DSA get selected on a jury though.
I couldn't tell if you were being serious or not.

And besides...it wouldn't really surprise me anyway. There's plenty of weenie *** weirdo behavior that takes place in the state of Florida.

Oh wow didn't realize Hill was injured again and cut. Rex Ryan project fail as the others have :rolleyes .

Do you honestly think they'll be competitive after Brady leaves? Because I have a feeling BB leaves with Brady.

He won't leave with Brady.

If the barometer is only "competitive", then yes. I do think they'll be that after Brady's gone. Assuming it's in the next 2-3 years.

Because Bill should still be here for at least a little while longer than that.

The 2013 Seahawks became the youngest team to ever win a Superbowl. Average age of 26.5.

A year later, the 2014 Patriots broke that record. 25.2. With a 37 year old QB out there.

They'll be okay.

Key words..Tom Brady

They should be able to win games and go to the playoffs because of the culture established but being a constant contender without Brady....no way

lulz at acting like the Panthers are some one year wonder...
they've won their division 3 years in a row, and won 34 regular season games over the last 3 years.

just saying the last 5 years prior to this year they were 34-45.

and they won the division last year going 7-8-1
Bruh the last 23 games we are 21-2, how the hell is that fluke?

So, you're saying you take out Brady and the Patriots would've still won? Get out of town man. Brady is the oil that keeps the Patriots machine running. Once he's out, the teams out. Stop being delusional.

Wut.

How the HELL did you conclude all that from my post? Slow down there, pal.

The point is...it's not an old team on its last legs. They have a roster full of young talent that *should* be here after Brady is gone. As long as the program and system remains in place, they won't have the complete drop off you originally talked about.

Thank you.

"should be able to win games and go to the playoffs because of the culture established" = competitive.

Sheesh.

I disagree. No Brady = No Championships

It's not even close :lol

He has experience with mobile QBs at GA Tech w/ Chan Gailey, so he may be useful with a mobile QB like Kaep.
