Above-average punter returner, below-average corner.

I didn't like him much a few years ago and thought he was expendable, but he seems to work hard and grinds out. Led the league in punt return average in one of the last few years, if I'm not mistaken. At cornerback, he's simply a depth play, in my opinion.

Edit - Finished #2 in the league in YPR for punts in 2013. Nothing spectacular since then, but serviceable.

I don't think so, the #1 pick is almost a curse unless there is some top QB like Luck, Jameis, etc.
