He gave them a two weeks notice by not responding to the Broncos. To me, that's better then letting them sit there without any idea what he's going to do. If he tells the Broncos he's done.... Then he doesn't have any leverage over the Texans or any other teams. Brock did it just like anybody would in the real word. Let your employer know you're moving on, and keep your options open. He cashed in when his stock was at the peak (presumably since none of us seem to think he's going to be the next great qb)
