We couldn’t have matched the Kirk contract, as much as I love him I wouldn’t have touched that. But he had 18 TDs and 5 INT, 2,000+ yards in eight games. We got his best years but it’s unfortunate we didn’t get to see the extent of this last season by him because it was his best.
