AC joint sprains are most def uncomfortable and hurt. Imagine trying to put your shirt on everyday and having to navigate around the pain and twist your arm in a way that mitigates the pain. Lets not forget the wife beaters most of us wear too. And athletes and the tight comfort-fitting clothes they wear. And once you put it on, you gotta take it off so now you gotta navigate and contour your body to take the ish off. My breaking moment was when i could no longer curl 10 lbs weights with the bar or do any cable weight training bc the pain was so bad.
