I'm a little upset they didn't put three holes in the upper ankle collar, and they didn't use emerald plastic eyelets either, the latter really pisses me off. I know its a small insignificant thing but stuff like that matters. (to me at least)

oh and the embossed 180 on the tongue, not sure why they didn't add that, being that the shoe is INFACT a 180. I could understand if it said pump or something. :x

Emerald's & Suns colorways are kinda nasty. I think i'ma pick me up a pair or two. These would look nice in skinnies or some shorts.

I got both the Emeralds and Suns today, very happy with both, they do run true to size. I might double up later down the line, $129 for this kind of quality is better than any Jordan release IMO.

I think the thing that upsets me most is the fact that they altered the ankle collar so much. I don't like how these slope in the back. I dont see why they couldnt keep it the same and remove the pump. Just fill the void by adding plush ankle cushioning like the Yeezy 1s.

I might eventually sole swap that pair, but in the meantime I have another more beat up pair that im swapping the uppers, tounge, laces and insoles out of instead. Ive already got the uppers glued on, just need to get the tounge on and then do some cosmetic and paint work. Hope to have em done in a few days.

I didnt really wanna rip up my ds og's that fast when I have an alternative to try first tho since sole swaps are a much bigger job.

This is the very reason why they are not on my feet right now. But me being a keen observer, it is the air force 180 mid.

not enough outdoor light left when I got home today so these inside pics will have to do. I still have to do the black splatter on the midsoles, but everything else is done. these are as og as I can make em I think. let me know how yall think they came out.

I think they look funny as anything but man do I give you credit for doing that. Takes cojones to attempt a custom like that, it just looks bad IMO (not your craftsmanship) it just doesn't blend well. Would love to see you do a sole swap, but even with those a lot of times things come out looking misaligned.
