Official pics do look pretty good. That red is a bit deeper and I like that the greys are different.
Saw them in person today. The red I saw wasn’t as dark as this pair. They were a little more muted. I would say they don’t quite match the Reds’ red.
A bit disappointing.

The Griffey Max 2’s were bricks under foot. They legit hurt my foot when I walked in them, so I sold them back when they retro’ed in 2011

Either you have really soft feet or I have really hard feet. I have the gray ones from 10 years ago and they are just fine for me.

The first batch of retros that was like an FNL exclusive or whatever they were (white/red, grey/maroon) were fine. The last batch that came out (Freshwater, white/grey/orange, navy/Carolina) were AWFUL.
