Airship Pros are such an underrated shoe; the leather & shape is on point, ‘85 construction(board lasted), it’s the actual banned shoe & tbh the react is cool IMO

The react is awesome for added comfort. Quite frankly I’m ok with it.

Finally bit the bullet on the black/red on stockx as the price seemingly went down from when they first released. Do I have to worry about a fake potentially passing through with these? Kinda sus too the order was confirmed at 5:30 AM and then got a shipped to stockx email just 6 hours later.

You should be good. Post a ton of pics when you get em in. I can give you a hand to ensure you didn’t get hosed.

when I got the fake pack from stockx. The pack was shipped, received and authenticated in a span of like 14 hours. That right there made me nervous. Sure enough I got the fakes in. Lol

From what I know. Not all pairs came with the poster and letter. I believe there was a tiny Snkrs Europe drop that did not include it and or the seller may have kept them. I only received everything with one of my pairs.

Thanks man! The only thing that threw me off was the red leather at the ankle and eye stays looking different between the left and right. Could just be an age thing since it’s a natural leather so it’s a bit more unpredictable in terms of shading.

I still cannot for the life of me understand how/why this was a European only release. Like it almost seems an intentional slap in the face to all us MJ fans here in the US. You’re gonna release an extremely limited shoe that most people have never seen or heard of, that is only gonna be desired by serious MJ fans, but not release them in the country he played in??

Air Ship Pro or the 85' Reverse Bred's? Both are relatively the same in price in a 10.5. I'm thinking the Ships would be more worthwhile especially since they're historically significant but I also love the 85' mold. Hmmm

85s . They will last you til you die. Look good with just about anything too. Leather is thick. The air ships look wack, goofy midsole, no color blocking.

I'd have to go with the Ships. You will never EVER see that shoe again in a million years. Some similar version of those AJ1's will always be around.
