i posted links to this thread as proof. i also emailed ebay and let them know whats going on. i cant have paypal put a hold on the funds until the 19th
anyone ever had to go through this?
how long will it take for me to get my dough back?
i think ol dude is/was gonna get my mmoney and cancel his account

I think the best bet is 2 offer mom n pop stores $400 off the strength of retail+camp. Speaking only for myself.

If the seller had a new ebay account then more than likely Paypal will not release the funds until a positive feedback is recieved. Atleast, this is the normfor many new Ebay users. As far as filing a claim, you need about 7 days before filing a claim through Ebay, but im pretty sure you can file one through Paypala lot sooner.
