It looks like Vanessa Bryant won’t be the only one to get her hands on this Kobe 8 colorway. The Nike Kobe 8 in green glow, mineral teal, and laser orange will be releasing on December 20th, 2013. The sneakers have a reptilian texture across the upper, one that ends up sort of reminiscent of the pattern found on the previous “Pit Viper” release. We’re not too sure how long the Kobe 8 will be sticking around but we get the feeling that this will be amongst the tail end of pairs to release given that there is a Kobe 9 unveiling on the horizon. Get a quick glimpse at the sneakers after the break and give us a heads up in the comments if this is a pair that will be in your collection soon.

Yup, buddy just said he went into a foot action and they still had graffitis and Milksnakes. Good size run too

As far as price, I literally picked up 5 pairs of kobe V below 60 at the outlets. Especially when they had discounts on the hash.

Can't find any 8's. Smh. Lol!!

Did a phone order for the corals at citadel and just made me wanna go check out the outlet nike store in Tulare,ca found these poison darts there for $67 with tax so got them...I know doesn't belong on the kobe 8 thread just sharing for anyone who wants em or just for everyday use

Any idea of what colorway this is, there's also the Lebron 11 and KD 6 Christmas releasing on the same day.

You didn't have to take it that way, but even so there is still SOME chance you can get things online if you get lucky, I agree it has been getting harder lately.

I didnt know how else to take it. You stated folks always act like they have no shot assuming I was saying it with no previous record of failure. I'd agree with you about having a chance if I got even one release online that ive tried for. But seriously, any limited release Ive tried for I have never got. I'm not exageratting at all. Have been a few ive got in cart, gave them all my info and then some magical glitch happens and the order doesn't go through. So it was just a little frustrating when you make a post telling me how I have a chance when from my effort and experience, I have learned it is a lost cause.

The only way I have been able to get shoes is by establishing relationships offline at stores but that doesnt even guarantee me everything I want. With limiteds, I have a few people who stand in line overnight for a fee. But yea, any online only release I treat as though its sold out before it releases for me.

Is kicks-crew legit? They got a restock of the BHM ... but I noticed the box label is completely different along with the style number and UPC label:

Yeah, they're legit. Kicks-Crew has the GC (Greater China) version of the BHMs that only released overseas with the full shozoku on the heel and XDR (extra durable rubber) on the soles.
