Adidas did something similar with the early d rose sneakers. I always thought that was a great move aesthetically...kind of hiding the logo in the back.

Got me! Should've also said a clear-sole too!
I was honestly pumped the initial colorway wasn't a clear sole, seems like thre first 3 or 4 14's were all clear soled.
