Look on page 1 next time for general info.  there is a guide to fitting.  

I would go with 2xl.  you should go to a local HOH or footlocker if possible to try them on.

im 6'4 about 225 with really broad shoulders and my waist is a 34. Would i be a larger or an xl in the AW77' Tech Fleece Hoodie?
