Put the first 5 miles on my red trainers and wow. They are quite comfortable. For the past....2-3 years all i ran in were Frees. I normally don't run more then 3-5 miles though. But man I felt like i could run forever in these things. Had no leg fatigue.
Still love my free's for cross training and they really help out since i play soccer strengthen my feet/calves. But this weekend me and the flyknits are gonna hit the road see where i end up
I better get volt trainers tomorrow...
heh, i hope you don't end up with blisters like i did...maybe it's just because i have ever-so-slightly wider feet...but i can't really do any serious distance with running in either the fk trainers or racers without gettin' painful blisters...so they've been relegated to just casual wear for me...
i'll stick w/ my saucony (kinvara 3) and new balance (minimus mr10) running shoes for now...with my skechers (go bionic) tossed in here and there for 0mm heel-toe drop feet strengthening action. i did pick-up the nike (free oly powerlines) recently...but have yet to do any serious running in them just yet...
i think for me personally, the fk trainers/racers aren't really "minimalist" running shoes that i've fully transitioned and fully subscribe to now...
