*Spoiler Alert*

- I felt the movie was pieced together and didn't flow very well.
- I didn't like how the day he died he made amens (sp?) with everyone he loved (i.e. his mother, kim, faith) come on now we know that was not accurate.
- $@%* just started happening outta nowhere; he gets out of jail (how long was he there for?)
- Dates were not given throughout the movie, like how does he go from Jan to Kim to Faith? more details!
- His voice kept on changing throughout the movie when he was rappin, that was annoying.
- I love how people say they liked the "Who Shot Ya" scene but if you wanna be realistic, there were a bunch of Pac fans in the crowd booing this man. Then they throw on THE DISS towards Pac (supposedly) and they all become fans? Really?

- Overall, I think the movie was biased and it just didn't give me the impression that this was EXACTLY what happened, which is a tough task but at the same time I felt they fabricated it too much. It's definitely not a movie I would watch again and I'm glad I got in for free 'cause if I woulda spent 11 bucks on that cheesy $@%* I woulda been tight.

For the last time it was from his mother's perspective!
*was he really recieving death threats while out in cali??
*was this N' really getting fly out of a trunk on the roof of his building??

Yes and yes.

When he was in Sacramento he might have been killed had it not been for E-40 making sure he had a pass until the next morning.

Who went to Linden?

can't believe I didn't hear about this before...

I always remember hearing something about 40 and big. Dudes surrounded his car out here or some **+% like that.

What exactly was the problem tho?

I had a feelin that it wouldn't be as good as ppl were hypin it up to be. I wanna see it but I aint willin to pay for it. I hate Hollywood when it comes tobiopics. They're always fabricated and bias.

I'm still gon see it though for the effect of actually watchin it.

For those who felt cheated..... imagine you're in the spotlight and someone's making a movie about your life. We are on the outside looking in. Themovie was based on all the *!% we read and saw on TV. Half of the *!% we knew because of what we read or saw live or heard from the horses mouth. It's amovie! It's everything we know as biggie fans/hip hop fans.Only in the form of a movie. Of course it's gonna be some extra fabricated b.s.

As far as his voice changing, the movie was shot over a long period of time. So he got heavy into the role over time. If you notice..dude sounded like a simpat first. As the film went on...he started to sound more like dude and look like em. Like he had been getting into the BIG role a lot more. I think he did agood job imo.

The flick was cool. Of course we will never know what really happened behind closed doors. I remember the story about Faith and Pac....Faith kicked it like itwas one drunk night and they messed around. In the movie she said it was just a pic. Faith and Pac met on several occasions as far as I remember. Back then Pacand Faith was spotted 2gether a few times. Even Suge used to joke about it. For you youngin's......Hip Hop was at it's peak between 95 and 97. +!% wasreal!

The West had Dre, Pac, Snoop and Suge.

The East was Biggie back then. Dude was really against the whole west coast.

movie is alright from what i saw i caught a few scenes i like that sac scene. this movie was so crazy they cancelled the midnight showing had a bunch of policeat the theatres cuz there was gonna be a fight

Trying to see this in Queens, BK, or Manhattan was impossible

Yeah thats what i found when i googled it
laugh.gif

Supposidly in some rap magazine interview they asked BIG what he thought about E-40....and biggie said he was wack
laugh.gif

Then E-40 and his boys had biggie's car surrounded

Then in another forum I found that E-40 booked biggie in a show to have him set up or something
I didnt know 40water got down like that

^
laugh.gif
supposedly what happen was, (why does every Big story seem so unclear?
laugh.gif
) a journalist reported Big said 40 was wack, 40 booked Big at this club inSac and there was about 15 people there to see him
laugh.gif

Then when Big got escorted out, his limo driver wasn't there anymore...dudes rolled up to the limo and were basically gonna wrap it up right there...butcalls were made...40 and Big talked...and nothing went down..more rumors...
smh.gif

Pac was wack to me.. real wack...
Although BIG might've been mad cool on a personal note, Gravy made dudes demeanor look real friendly
I woulda had a short scene with Big, Jay, Busta, and DMX all in one scene like at a lunch table or somethin (thats just me)

movie was straight, but for some reason I feel like it was watered down and rushed... but I was somewhat satisfied with what I got

being from dallas but having relatives in nyc growing changed the game for me. i was 9 when biggie died and the thing that had me shook was the OG
footage of the pac and biggie mourning crowds in there citys. i remember just being sad and lost when biggie passed and then i remember hearing a guy blastingJUICY on his radio. i want to say i was in NYC at the time visting my aunt , and my cousins who were older than me were all sad.

you got to think if neither one of these guys got killed in there primes hip hop would have been beautiful now. i had forgotten all about those scenes
and the WHOLE nyc mourning when biggie died. i mean he was are man just like UGK and the ghetto boys are my states peoples. its just hard to imagine so muchtime has already past since it happend.

Lil Kim sure knows how to ride a mean one BOI!!!!!!!!!!! lol

The movie was actually not bad. I'd give it a 7.4/10. Gravy did his thing. I never met him personally, but I know a lot of dudes that associate with him. It's always nice to see your own doing their thing.

It was a little strange watching the movie because I grew up in the same neighborhood as Big and know of a lot of the characters, even some of the actors. Andseeing your own backyard in a movie is kind of eerie lol. Plus the scene where they had Big cracking on his teacher's salary was shot in my old high school(Bishop Loughlin).

And just for the record. Lil' Kim's **** were the best part of the movie for me and my friends, hands down! lol I want to smash!

havent seen the movie yet, but judging from the reviews, sound like a good tribute to big

as far as naturi breast, noticed dem from the vid they did with loon
