Brickish weathah in VA Beach so I threw on some old geeezer juice aka GIT (green Irish tweed) and the wet cold weather with the humidity set this grand pa juice off.
Gotta be up there for signature weather frags.

Git is still saucy. I like it. Here and there. One of my new favorites is creed santal.

The sales ladies at bloomingdales actually gave me a new vibe. Said it's the NFL wave, popular with the players, and I'm built like one of them so she knew what time it was. Might've slipped and told her I was a Jaguar lol

But anyways...a splash of Santal and 2 shots of aventus. Then a finish light splash of Santal.


Pretty epic. So many wonderful notes. Good pineapple batch.

agreed. Performance is trash.
However, it is a good alternative to aventus cologne.
OG aventus is more complex with a better dry down than both

Well I ain't ashamed, I'll be the first to tell you I'm washed so GIT is still a spring time staple for ya boy. One of my most complimented fragrances too so **** what y'all talmbout

Picked up the 30 ml of xerjoff’s mefisto and fiero to try out



i know I’m not a huge fan of aventus or creed in general, but not going lie I was kinda disappointed with hacivat

got samples of that and elysium.. need to try the elysium on skin.. but wasn’t wowed with either really and was thinking based on the descriptions, that both would address what I wasn’t really a fan of in aventus

also was disappointed with etat d’orange‘s I am trash.. and was expecting more from amouage as a house (got samples of reflection man, jubilation XXV, lyric man and beach hut man)






and speaking of aventus-ish/pineapple fragrances, I’m going try the 2 bond ones and see how those go.. might just give up on that after if those don’t work out and just assume that note ain’t for me

Nah it’s probably the best citrus fragrance I’ve ever smelled. Very different from VIW

I have a decant of it. Such a bright, light, and refreshing scent. Truly smells like fresh squeezed oranges. I love the scent but it doesn't last all that long. That's not uncommon for a scent like this though

Smells good. Linear, doesnt change at all, and doesnt last the longest but its a solid citrus
