I’d encourage everybody to reach out to a dad who might have to work, or for whatever reason can’t spend time with their kids today…Things are rough out there right now and I’m sure there’s more than a few fathers who fall into this category…Sharing a few kind words with them could help cheer them up on a day that’s supposed to be for them…

I'm probably keeping it forever. It's the first Father's Day gift he's ever bought me. Said he got it on a band trip a couple months ago (he plays percussion).

I had old timers pull me aside and say skip work, miss shifts be there for your family because they worked theirs away.

At my old job someone’s wife and kids just left him because he works too much, I told him to quit too and I’d line him up with a job at my company working regular hours and he said it wasn’t enough money.

You need money but I’m never going back to 80 hour weeks.
