If Hawks and Heat both lose the final game and Knicks win their final game, Knicks finish in 4th.

if Hawks win their final game and Heat lose their final game; Knicks finish 4th.

If Hawks lose their final game but Heat and Knicks win their final game, Knicks finish 5th
