What I like the most is how aggressive RJ was. Most the time he acts like he doesn't want the ball and he's forced to iso. Last night, he ran to the PG and demanded the ball and iso'd with clear intent on breaking down the D and scoring. This was huge to see IMO

But it was also nice to see that Randle realized it wasn’t his night and it was RJ and the guards who were cooking so he let the offense run through them in the final 2 minutes. Honestly, since we don’t have a franchise superstar at the moment, that is exactly what we need to do. Team has too much scoring in the top 7 players not to utilize whoever is the hottest that very day.

Idk if I'm reading too much into it, but I low key think Randle is trying to get into the habit and build the instincts during the season to be pass first and be prepared in the playoffs for quicker decision making.

We have the personnel and depth this year for him to experiment too.

I appreciate that when he’s not the main scorer, he can still contribute in big ways rebounding and passing. I actually like to see nights like that. It’s more encouraging to know how comfortable every player is with conceding and doing what’s ultimately best for the team.

My gripe with Randle is that he likes the spotlight and there are many points during the game that he push himself on the offense and makes bad decisions which lead to momentum stoppage.

If he just shoots when he open or draws the double and pass it quickly then he is on.

I also hate how Thibs gave Obi mad minutes the 1st few games and once Obi started cooking and people cheering his name .... dude deminished his role.
