guess they needed a cf...josh has not looked good out there, honestly (not just the one catch tues night, but quite a few balls)

Three injuries in three days, what a game.

McCarthy was great, happy to have him pitch like that when the offense wasn't picking him up early. Here's hoping he'll remain in the rotation with good health.

Someone tell me more about Ka'aihue, I haven't been able to watch games down here. Is he a legit option at first?

Kila has been doing quite well, he is sure as hell better than Barton as an everyday first baseman. He can defend well enough, and he has been hitting the ball well and showing shades of pop in his bat.

I'm still hoping Carter can figure it out soon, it'd be nice to have a legitimate power hitter at a corner infield spot.

Kila >>>>> Barton for sure. I don't know if he's our long term solution at the position, but he's our best option right now. As far as Carter goes, I've lost all faith in that guy. I don't expect anything from him. I hope he can figure it out but I don't expect it.

I know they're not everyday players but seriously? How can you put together a MLB lineup where half the guys are hitting below the Mendoza line?
