In the early 20th century, the America First movement was also preaching isolationism while Hitler was making and breaking peace agreements with its European neighbors.
It only took a few years for America to be dragged into a full blown war in Europe and in the Pacific. Not saying that Putin is Hitler, but the expansionist intent of Russia is there and can't be ignored. In addition, Ukrainians are willing to fight for their own territory. All of this after semi-openly conducting intelligence campaign that disrupted our electoral process.
It's just hilarious that the party of warmongers is loudly against the only morally unambiguous conflict the US has engaged in since WWII.
