It’s akin to someone being pulled over for not signaling and then asking the officer about the speeding vehicle that just passed by. The real issue lies with the 17 million voters who didn’t show up. It's easy to point fingers at specific groups, such as Latinos or straight men, but the real missed opportunity is with those absent voters. The focus should have been on understanding why they didn’t feel compelled to participate. It’s not solely about the Republicans or certain demographics; it’s about the failure to connect with voters who felt disconnected or disillusioned.

Do you actually believe this is the reason why the Democratic based didn't show up?

What’s crazy to me is how the Democratic Party rightfully condemns extreme rhetoric and the mocking of certain groups by Trump, yet when it comes to those who share even one value with Trump, they start labeling them as: uneducated whites, misogynistic Black and Hispanic men, and racist people. In general. How do they think that was going to play out? Do you really think a woman who’s not a college graduate, constantly being called “uneducated,” is motivated to go out and vote like they did last time? It’s like we’re missing the bigger picture here—let’s really think this through.

I had a terrible sleep as most probably did after last nights debacle.

Strangely enough, I have put aside my anger with MAGA and everything to do with getting Trump elected and instead, focusing on being disappointed in the democrats and the lack of adapting to what people have been saying for over a couple of years. We deserved to get caught with our pants down. The writing was on the wall but we ignored it because of our hatred for a group. We forgot to focus on the important matters.

I am actually wishing Trump luck and do hope he succeeds. We have no other choice. I'm not going to act like MAGA and wish for the worst.

This is an awful idea, especially since it failed before. It seems like the plan is for consumers to abandon imported goods in favor of American-made products, which might be marginally cheaper, but still more expensive than the current options. I just think it's a terrible approach.

I manage a product line for my company. Anything that we make in china we need to pay a 26% tariff. Guess who ends up paying that? The customer lol
