the problem is adding highways, or highway lanes doesn't reduce congestion.
each lane added create more demand, which creates traffic.
only way to reduce congestion is more transit options, like light rail or bike lanes, ect
or congestion pricing to force people to use existing public transit.
What cities have great public transit? New York?
I’m sure there’s a few others in the NE?
