You really think anyone takes dude seriously?

You don't get economics, and you don't get energy either.

We are past coal as a source of energy. The initial investment to develop and improve alternative sources of energy has been done. That is a sunk cost that has been realized to give us access to energy that is much more efficient, as cheap (or cheaper) and more accessible than coal.

He definitely doesnt understand economics. That is for damn sure. A lot of people don't. A lot of people that voted for Trump have no idea what his policies will even be or what they truly mean on a micro scale. they see 'new jobs' 'cut taxes' 'more manufacturing and changing NAFTA' and they lose their damn minds.

People never see the long run effects it does to America.
Yeah for the first 2-3 years, tax cuts will benefit my pocket book. However, like what we saw with the Bush era tax cuts, the market becomes more volatile as a result and will result in a worse income inequality and inflation. History is going to repeat itself again.
Oh well, so be it.

He wants to do a lot of stuff, doesn't mean is realistic. There are much cheaper options than coal that don't do nearly as much harm to the environment. He also is calling for a revival of the manufacturing industry which is different as well.
