Say anything, do anything in order to get elected. You know, the story of lucifer getting thrown out of heaven is very relevant here. You also have to remember that when lucifer fell, he did not fall alone. Conscious eyes know the deal, we can see you. Boycott Black friday.

“But he truly doesn’t seem to understand the First Amendment,” the source continued. “He doesn’t. He thinks we are supposed to say what he says and that’s it.”

The fact that this meeting was even a thing makes me weep for the state of journalism :lol :{

I'm saying

Dude should've thanked CNN's CEO instead of blasting him :lol, their focus on not covering policy at all costs in favor of giving him hours of free airtime along with dedicating entire shows to his candidates scandals definitely helped him out big time

Revelation 12:7-9 Then war broke out in heaven. Michael and his angels fought against the dragon, and the dragon and his angels fought back. But he was not strong enough, and they lost their place in heaven. The great dragon was hurled down- that ancient serpent called the devil, or satan, who leads the world astray. He was hurled to earth, and his angels with him.

after all the crap he gave crooked cnn, if I was the president of the network or whatever i would've completely blacked him out and not covered him at all. I kept hoping they'd have the balls to go for it or address his claims in some way but there was no realistic chance of that happening

They too got fooled by the Trump effect. They went for the ratings (as they always do) instead of acting like the canal channel of information they (as in the media) are supposed to be between elected officials and the people and emphasizing what a Trump presidency would be like with the rise of hate speech and the conflicts of interest.

Now they're getting their hands bit. I say it's a good thing that they are getting this reality check right now, even though I wish it had happened earlier.

Speaking of rallies, I think we could learn from America on that point.

An election usually only lasts a month here. Voting is mandatory so most of the population is forced to vote either way.

It's rare for a party to host a real rally. Usually an election is restricted to some billboards and party representatives going on talkshows and debates about their policies. I live pretty rural and rarely ever notice anything about elections in my area. The local elections are impossible to miss of course but I think I've seen maybe 2 or 3 signs for the national election in the time I've lived here

If elections here could only be so simple

Yours are basically the polar opposite of ours

I just think we could use a few rallies. With how short our election period is you don't really get the full scope of policies just from the talkshows and debates. The party websites don't really contain that much information either. It's all very basic. Rallies would give the parties the opportunity to really expand on their policy proposals.

Here's the platform of our largest party for example.

There's many different categories as you can see but little information about them. Even things like a complete state reform only get one short paragraph.

@realDonaldTrump: I am seriously considering Dr. Ben Carson as the head of HUD. I've gotten to know him well--he's a greatly talented person who loves people!

Department of Housing and Urban Development... :|

Didn't Carson say he wasn't qualified for and didn't want a role in the administration anyway? :lol

The National Security Advisor:

@CNN: Michael Flynn in August: Islamism a 'vicious cancer' in body of all Muslims that 'has to be excised' http://cnn.it/2fOos7a '

Just listen to this lunatic

We are facing another 'ism,' just like we faced Nazism, and fascism, and imperialism and communism," Flynn said. "This is Islamism, it is a vicious cancer inside the body of 1.7 billion people on this planet and it has to be excised."

In the same speech, Flynn falsely claimed that Florida Democrats voted to impose Islamic shariah law at the state and local level. The claim, peddled by far-right blogs in 2014, was rated "pants on fire" by the independent fact-checking organization PolitiFact, which explained that the bill in question was about prohibiting judges from using foreign law in family law cases if the law conflicted with existing U.S. policy. Democrats voted against the bill, saying it was unnecessary and targeted Muslims in the state.

"Look up something called 'the American laws for American courts,'" Flynn said. "I don't know if it's happening up here in Massachusetts, it's happening in other states. I have had people in the media, mainstream media, say, 'oh, that's all a conspiracy, it's a lie.'"

"No, in the state of Florida," he continued. "The state of Florida they have 36 senators at the state level. 36 senators at the state level. 12, of them are Democrats, the Republicans hold the majority in the Florida state senate. All 12 Democrats, all 12 Democrats voted to impose shariah at the local and state level. Now, it was beaten because the Republicans are in charge. I'm telling you, this is 'American laws for America's courts.'"

at this point Donald is going to be running a reality tv show to fill his cabinet

And yet you'll never hear these people calling christianity a cancer for the catholic church's pedophilia cover-ups and biblethumpers' continued efforts to oppress the LGBT community. The republican biblethumpers are just waiting for the opportunity to take away LGBT rights again but I guess that's not at all cancerous. It will probably happen when Trump appoints his pro-life supreme court justice. Being a strong pro-life conservative often goes hand in hand with a deep dislike for homosexuality.
