Of course, as the repubs control everything. But it's less about the end result and more about putting up a fuss and making it a messy procedure.

You don't think the fuss that people made over BDV will have an impact? People are taking notice of her moves, and she can't just fly under the radar.

She try to pull some nonsense, and b/c it was so public, it will be covered b/c it will generate clicks.

W/ this guy, since there wasn't much of a fuss, I don't know if people are going to be paying attention.


I try to liken it to what a regular, non-committed person thinks. I think the casual follower will remember the BDV appointment vs this one, which means the casual follower will pay closer attention when BDV makes a move.

Maybe I missed the fuss that was made for this guy. I know the EPA wrote a ton of letters , but that's really the only movements I've seen.
