The Dems would nominate someone named Castro...

And a right winger would type this while Raphel Cruz is fighting for the Republican nomination.

You know the guy whose Dad actually fought for Castro.

Beat me to it. Ted sounds so safe though :lol

Oh that went over my head :rollin. Still what does that have to do with Julian Castro? He's of Mexican descent not Cuban :lol

They tried this same thing when they discovered President Obama's middle name

But I think (hope) blco was just joking with that statement

Hillary would have to pick a progressive male to balance out the ticket. Sanders would be an obvious choice, but I get the feeling he wouldn't take it because he would have more influence in the Senate. VP slot would silence him. I'm thinking Jerry Brown. And if she's really trying to elevate ****, Anthony Brown. That'd be an incredible ticket.

But then again, she could be accused of making a black man her #2 to get back at Obama.

If Anthony Brown was governor, then maybe I could see it. You him getting picked over O'Malley would be hilarious :lol

Jerry too old for most folk, not matter how great a job he did turning Cali around, folk not gonna look past that. Plus he is a moderate

Yea I mean I was just messing with you guys but it is kinda dumb imo, I mean to pick a guy as VP with the same last name as a communist dictator? Can you imagine if the GOP named Bob Hitler, Mike Bin-Laden, or John Stalin as their VP choice? I think we'd hear about it from you guys.

Ted Bundy was one of the worst serial killers in history.

Trust the GOP to be pushing someone like Cruz, disgusting :x :{

I doubt you were playing, just called out on your BS again. I would think Ted Cruz would want to play up his heritage.

Jerry is farther left than Hillary. The progressives will take it. And with Bernie doing as well as he doing, age meand nothing. Anthony is a dark horse, I'll admit that but I could see it. He should have won in MD, voter turnout killed him. He was a media darling for a while. And it would add to the historical edge of the election. First woman Pres. and first black VP.

Wasn't Brown already running for a house seat? That would be some pick though straight out of left field

Being the first VP is nothing doe, we're coming off 8 years of a black president, one that slapped away the VP choice too.

Ole boy should've won MD doe, I agree on that, turnout savaged his chances.

Hmm wasn't aware he went head to head with Bill. But that wouldn't be out of the Clinton playbook. Hillary was Obama's Secretary of State. Bill campaigned for him in '12. It would all depend on how Jerry felt about it.

Yes we had a black President, we hit the pinnacle, but there still a couple slots we can fill. Never underestimate people's willingness to go down in history.

I just wish the troll/racist/whatever would use proper grammar. the frequent misuse of American grammar makes me think he's actually a foreigner.

where are you actually from? where were you taught that atrocious non-standard American English?

are you overstating your conservatism on here in an attempt to hide your true identity? Clayton Bigsby?
Team Grammar Police would be proud

C'mon brah, don't make me go head to head with Larry Elder and Thomas Sowell. Elder and Sowell taught me law and econ, respectively. Nevertheless, I and my fiancee can out work them. The right wing can throw some conservative blacks our way but we shake them off.

Econ is like basketball, one can be great at that sport but at the end of the day, the skills can be transferred to a higher bidder.

This thread jumoped like 7 pages i thought someone shot trump or something

Sounds like mitt Romney is going to make this speech and add more fuel to the drumpf fire. GOP is Dr. Frankenstein and drumpf is the monster, who are they kidding. :lol

Like mentioned earlier, Hillary isn't the enemy......the GOP is :lol

But one thing I could really see from a Hillary presidency it maximum flourish for women, hopefully. I think she'd be the one to push for maternity leave for companies and everything which this country really needs.

I don't expect any president to really do anything about racial inequality or economic inequality so that's whatever. Don't see the education system getting any better as far as college costs are concerned. The restructuring of education has to be done on a state/local level as far as I'm concerned.

Its like a lose lose situation tho when it comes to the GOP or Hilary winning the next election tho. Hard to pick the lesser of the two evils.

Its not that hard of a choice really between any GOP candidate and Clinton at all to me. Clinton easily over Trump, people really need to bite the bullet when it comes to their hate for Clinton because we cannot let Trump or any current GOP candidate in the white house.

Yeah I don't see how Obama and Clinton are much different philosophically.

She's mad wishy washy IMO, mad holes in her stances overtime, scary what she will change her mind on next. Trump in office is def worse and insane but oddly enough it could be like a Dem in office if he was to win, Congress isn't going to work with him easily. It will be worse than Obama's relationship with them.
