Possibly. Trump said he wanted a parade like France's Bastille day though. That would include grand displays of military hardware including lots of tanks and other kinds of armored vehicles.
The last time anything of that scale (large military hardware) happened in the US to the best of my knowledge was shortly after the Gulf War.

Useless taxpayer-funded parades are an American tradition. See superbowl parades, Christmas parades, Thanksgiving parades, etc. etc. This military parade will undoubtedly will get bipartisan support.

Except that studies continue to show reductions in opioid overdose deaths in places where marijuana for medicinal or recreational purposes has been legalized. How about focusing on the pharmaceutical industry instead.
