If I'm not mistaken the White House has until midnight tomorrow to release or block the House Intel Democrats' memo. With Trump now saying he will be releasing a letter about the Democrats' memo "soon", I'm guessing it's a pretty safe bet he will block its release. Don't see why else he would say he'll release a letter.
