I'm just super gun-shy about purchasing my first house on my own because I'm scared Trump is gonna do something ridiculous that will most certainly ruin my life

Wait it out. Don't jump into the market yet. A recession will come down the pipes soon enough, the variables are already in play and gears are moving.

When the recession hits, and companies start layoffs, it'll be a bloodbath. People will lose their jobs and quickly have no savings left; it's their car first, maybe their Tv's or hobby items get sold next, but eventually and not long after, once they're out of cash flows and have no credit or loan options left due to banks tightening belts (remember, defaults will spike), their house will finally go. So will millions of other peoples' homes. Their lives will be ruined because the man they voted into power churned out recessionary policies left and right.

That's when you jump into the market.

Cities like nyc and the big Cali cities are really a whole different animal because of all the foreign investment coming in along with people with very high salaries. That one I might say if the price is right I could jump in. Especially if the neighborhood in gentrifying. My mom made some purchases and made a killing. I purchased a home last year and can already sell it for about 12% above what I paid last December(2016). So this is a very tough call for big cities.

"Wuthnow’s work resulted in a new book, The Left Behind: Decline and Rage in Rural America. He argues that rural Americans are less concerned about economic issues and more concerned about Washington threatening the social fabric of small towns and causing a “moral decline” in the country as a whole. The problem, though, is that it’s never quite clear what that means or how Washington is responsible for it."

We know what that means...

Trump's pick for the CIA director Gina Haspel is being investigated by German prosecutors who are weighing an arrest warrant against her.
In June 2016 the European Center for Constitutional and Human Rights filed an intervention with Germany's DOJ, led by Attorney General Peter Frank.
The ECCHR alleges a violation of Article 3 in the European Convention on Human Rights for her role in supervising torture practices in a secret Thailand prison during the Bush administration, as well as drafting a cable (telegram) calling for the destruction of taped CIA interrogations at a Thailand secret prison in 2002.

If the ECCHR's filing with the Germany's DOJ, she would have a European warrant against her and would be subject to getting arrested if she entered Europe.
The ECCHR has successfully achieved arrest warrants against CIA agents before in some cases where they were able to identify the identities of the agents.
However they have also failed plenty of times.

Russia says U.S. plans to strike Damascus, pledges military response
Russia said on Tuesday it had information that the United States planned to bomb the government quarter in Damascus on an invented pretext, and said it would respond militarily if it felt Russian lives were threatened by such an attack.

Valery Gerasimov, head of Russia’s General Staff, said Moscow had information that rebels in the enclave of eastern Ghouta were planning to fake a chemical weapons attack against civilians and blame it on the Syrian army.

He said the United States intended to use the fake attack as a pretext to bomb the government quarter in nearby Damascus where he said Russian military advisers, Russian military police and Russian ceasefire monitors were based.

“In the event of a threat to the lives of our servicemen, Russia’s armed forces will take retaliatory measures against the missiles and launchers used,” Gerasimov said in a statement.

He did not say when the alleged attack would take place or provide detailed evidence to back his assertions.

Russia has previously accused rebels in Syria of preparing to use toxic agents in eastern Ghouta so they could later accuse Damascus of employing chemical weapons.

Damascus denies Western allegations that government forces have used chemical weapons.

U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley warned on Monday that Washington “remains prepared to act if we must,” if the U.N. Security Council failed to act on Syria, as the Syrian army’s onslaught in eastern Ghouta continued unabated.

i'll be here waiting for trump to denounce these domestic terrorists!

APNewsBreak: Green Party candidate was on state GOP payroll
By MATT VOLZ
Today

HELENA, Mont. (AP) — A man who registered as a Green Party candidate for Montana's U.S. Senate race was on the state Republican Party's payroll and heads a newly formed anti-tax group, according to a review of election documents.

Timothy Adams filed as a challenger Monday against Democratic Sen. Jon Tester, who faces a tough re-election campaign, in a race where a Green Party candidate could siphon votes from the Democrat.
"

Why would you register as Green party candidate AND head an anti-tax group (we all know how reliant on taxation most environmental programs are), if it's not to syphon votes away from Democrats in case you were elected to represent the Greens during the general?

Trump installs former ‘Fox and Friends’ host as under secretary of state
Heather Nauert will replace Steve Goldstein, who contradicted the White House's account of Tillerson's firing

...

Nauert joined the State Department in April 2017 and has no previous diplomatic experience. When asked in February about the specifics of what the State Department was doing to end the violence in Syria, she responded, “I don’t know what some of you expect us to do.”

Prior to her job at State, Nauert was an anchor at Fox and Friends for five years, and previously worked at the New York Fox affiliate Fox 5 for most of her career

So...

What level of third world leadership are we at right now?:smh::lol:
