I'm a Bernie supporter but I don't have any hope left of him winning. At this point I think he's just continuing to bring more awareness and support to his ideals. Even if he can't win anymore, it's good that he doesn't give up and keeps on spreading his message.

That and Hilary has begun to sound more like him...I think his impact has already been felt.

Still in support of him continuing.

This election for the Dems doesnt seem to have that "we need to come together for the party" like the repubs will have to do.

the debates and criticisms on the dems side have remained 'tactful' where as the repubs whole party's chance falls on a guy who shut the gov down (my mom lost her job cause of that S!!!) and a xenophobic bigot.

Those were the glory days for who else besides WASP's? Sure as hell wasn't "all" :lol

Why doesn't he have any hope of winning? He's not too far behind Hillary in Delegates, he has the momentum. Hell, he ended up with more delegates in Nevada yesterday, now those delegates just need to show up at the DNC in July. Nevada's not a huge amount of delegates, but it adds to the states he's won.

I don't understand why everybody on here is writing him off.

-Because states award delegates proportionality. For him to make up the difference, he will need to wash Hilldawg in most of the remaining states, even wash her in Cali.

To do this he will have to beat the polls by a large margin

-Superdelegates won't save him, most will just vote for the candidate with the most pledged delegates overall. And he would be very hypocritical to even play that angle.

Cuz he will not win in NY or Cali.

I don't know the special # for Hilary but I know she's closer than Bernie.

Also the DNC means nothing. This aint the republicans playing with the idea of an open convention and just giving it to somebody who aint even close to winning.

I'm more comfortable with Hillary facing Trump than I am with Bernie facing Trump

Debates will be interesting to say the least :lol
They're both excellent manipulators.
I'm expecting Trump to go open season on her but I think she can handle whatever Trump is going to throw at her.

Besides Christie's sinning of Marco, Hillary has been the best debator this cycle

She has always been a solid debator, and can explain her views in an easily digestible manner, Trump is not washing anyone. He can barely form a cogent argument in interviews when someone presses him.

Hillary survived Biden, Obama and Sanders. Trump is ain't scaring her, and he definitely ain't washing her

If anything, he should be scared of Hillary cornering him on an issue.

I ain't giving up yet. That momentum tho...

1000

Anderson Cooper had Trump red in the face and Hillary is gonna go a lot harder than Coop did

Still trying to wrap my head around the whole contested convention thing so correct me if I'm wrong here.

If Trump does not have the required amount of 1237 delegates before the July convention, a certain percentage of delegates becomes free to pledge to whoever they want, which could sway support away from Trump and possibly elect another candidate as the nominee.

If one candidate does not have the majority of delegates in the first voting round, more delegates become unbound and vote again. The process continues until one candidate has the majority of delegates and that person will be the republican nominee.

So in a short summary, is this how the whole contested convention thing works?

After a 1st ballot vote in a potential contested which are bound to da primary results, after da 2nd & 3rd round da delegates are free to re-vote for whoever they want, including people who either have long since been eliminated or a consensus pic from da GOP establishment.

This is where da GOP can swindle Trump outta a nomination

After the way Paul Ryan became speaker of the house I knew he was lying about saying he'd support the nominee and wasn't focused on the presidency and the overall talk about he wouldn't want to be the presidential nominee in that way.

He would be a game changer :lol

The New York Daily News has exposed Bernard for the fraud he is.
Daily News: I know you've got to go in a second. When was the last time you rode the subway? Are you gonna a campaign in the subway?

Sanders: Actually we rode the subway, Mike, when we were here? About a year ago? But I know how to ride the subways. I’ve been on them once or twice.

Daily News: Do you really? Do you really? How do you ride the subway today? Sanders: What do you mean, "How do you ride the subway?"

Daily News: How do you get on the subway today?

Sanders: You get a token and you get in.

Daily News: Wrong.
