She doesn't decry labor unions or the minimum wage as market distortions, she doesn't believe in austerity, she not against regulating firms, she doesn't believe in cutting taxes for the upper classes, she wants to expand the social safety net, see wants to subsidize "losers" in the economy, and she doesn't tout free market solutions are the best way to solve the countries problems, and she argues for equity probably more than efficiency.
Being for free trade, or thinking that "tearing" down social and economic barriers is enough to allow folk to flourish doesn't make you a neoliberal.
