Supreme Court hearing a case on transgender rights today. The case is about sex discrimination but is really to see if gender identity and sexual orientation can be protected by the civil rights act
They’re definitely going to find 5-4 that gender identity and sexual orientation are separate from the intended protections and that if the government wants it to be protected that it should say so clearly in the constitution or another specific law. It’s what the republican majority on the court has been doing since Gorsuch and Kavanaugh got on.

Their indictment was sealed and only made public after their arrest Perhaps they were tipped off? It's also plausible that they simply expected an imminent indictment or were going on another errand as part of the Ukraine scheme while prosecutors were monitoring their movements.

What gave it away? Her friendliness and support of Assad, or the multiple suggestions we shouldn't waste our time on impeachment? (She has since publicly supported impeachment). This attempt at boycotting a debate and trying to sow distrust in the Democratic party is just the latest internal sabotage by Gabbard.
