Yes, but the end of the tunnel is not a Biden victory.
He sees himself as a transitional president, and he is very much right about that. A lot of work will still have to be done to wrestle this country out of the GOP political machine and their enablers, and that work will have to go beyond his 4 years of presidency. They are plotting to take back control in 2024, and Democrats have to plan way beyond that (let's say to 2050).

It's good to see positive polling for Biden but I wouldn't get my hopes up. I remember seeing similar data in 2016 where Hillary was up by double digits in October and ended up losing.
