I own the mid versions of 698. 698 Sakura really roomy though. Those I feel I can go half size down. But if you don't barrow feet nothing wrong with going .5 up

Congrats man. Need a 9.5 for these.
If you have a wide feet go for a 10. If narrow, stay at 9.5. I got both sizes for my Black Beasts and Great White. Hope that helps
