Just got off the phone with customer service. There should be a mass e-mail sent to those who had their orders cancelled for 20% off...

Wasn't even mad about the cancel but this may actually be worth it. I hope it's true. I'm sure Nike has the exclusion rule similar to eastbay on new releases so we wouldn't be able to use that 20% towards the purchase of the all star shoes next week. Right?

Hmmmm. Interested to see how this turns out. Haven't received any mass email yet. They've already given me a 10% off code. I hope I get a 20% off as well. That would be money. Literally.

Actually just looked again. One email says 10% and one email says 15%. How do they figure who gets 10, 15, or 20%. Nike playing favorites.

Haven't gotten anything yet. I have a feeling that getting that 10% discount over the phone automatically disqualified me for the email discounts.
