I will say this though. Alex and Sing need to go. Alex had enough oppertunities, and although I do think he tried his best, his best wasn't enough. He's not good enough to be the QB this team needs and it's time for a change. Both with Alex and Sing. Sing is a good guy and I will feel bad for him because we've been in some close games this season that we could have won, but 0-6 is unacceptable regardless of who our QB is. Especially with the talent we have. I just don't think he has the experience this team needs right now. We need a veteran coach, and unfortunately we also need a new OC. We need experienced and successful coaches as well as a proven QB.

granted but the organization was still pulling for alex and martz didnt like alex thus having JTO starting instead. with JTO messing up they got rid of him and martz cause they still believed in alex

Martz rode JTO's nuts and JTO had experience under Martz offensive system unlike Smith and Hill. Singletary got rid of Martz because Martz is a pass first throw the ball down the field coordinator while Sing wanted a run first offense be conservative and manage the ball O, which obviously did not and is still not working. Remember the two not getting along (SF vs ARZ Monday night game)?

Man i'm getting amped for this game, too many damn Raider fans that I know.
I hope we straight destroy, we gotta come out with a chip on our shoulder and set the tone from the outset that we aren't giving up nor are we going to let the Raiders have bragging rights until whenever we play them again in a few years. Makes me cringe at the thought of them having bragging rights.

NO. That's the problem. He is NOT the key to your success. This is the exact problem! He's not the savior, he's not going to take you all the way to the playoffs. He may win you a few games but he's a dime a dozen that won't get anywhere like most of the other QBS.
I think the 49ers need someone ala Tom Coughlin. They were 1-3 and in a huge disarray. Now they won two in a row with complete dominance. I'm sure a lot has to do with the coaching to turn it all around.
I'd love for Cowher or Gruden to come and coach for the 49ers.
