Not sure if I can wear this as a Swansea fan, but City's shirts are just too nice

you just saved me tons of time. Thank you! I take it Ibrahimovic name sets are hard to come by though? :\PSG and other Ligue 1 clubs uses the same name sets from the past couple of seasons. UCL on the other hand has been different every season.
wow that really sucks... I'd argue that they didn't hold up their end of the deal and request a refund. Kitbag actually manages the online stores for the majority of the big clubs. I have issues with them like 50% of the time. The first time, I ordered a Man Utd CL kit and they pressed the numbers on too much and there was a huge outline of the crest molded into the numbers on the back of the shirt. The second time, I ordered a Dortmund shirt. The issue was that the fabric tag on the bag showed it was a large and the paper tag showed it was a small. Needles to say, it didn't fit. Instead of exchanging it for me, they requested that I ship it back for a refund. I ended up getting a refund for my original order and they didn't refund the return shipping. I had to hassle them for about a month just for them to refund me the shipping and they didn't even do that right. They ended up refunding me the original shipping cost that I paid when I placed the order as opposed to the shipping amount that I paid to send it back and this is after they had requested a copy of the receipt for return shipping. Honestly... it's a bunch of lazy morons that work for them. The other two times that I ordered stuff from them, it came out just fine.I hate that Kitbag manages the online stores for United and Madrid. I have issues with them every year....
I ordered the Real Madrid UEFA Champions League Home Shirt with the CWC Badge, 10x Badge of Honour and Respect Patch a few days ago. I wake up to a $8 paypal refund and a shipment confirmation that the following product was shipped: Real Madrid UEFA Champions League Home Shirt 2014/15 with Club World Cup Champions 2014 Badge.
I sent them an email requesting an explanation as to why my order was fulfilled and shipped without the requested badges and I get the following response:
So they decided that I would still want the shirt even though it doesnt have the badges I requested and after reading their return policy:
- Returns for personalized product will only be accepted if the personalization is incorrect from the receipt of order or if the product is faulty.
- All return and re-shipping charges are the Customer's liability.
- We will refund shipping costs if there is a fault with the product. However, we cannot accept responsibility for return or re-shipping costs incurred when returning non-faulty items.

Seriously F*CK kit bag!

theyre the ones who messed up my Shakhtar kits both home and away.
The person emailing me from the Shakhtar email was very helpful but he did mention that kitbag are the ones responsible for the mess up they did to my order as well.
I dont understand how they cant take responsibility for their mistakes.
is it true theyre really slow on shipping?I try to avoid those guys at all costs.
Subside has been much better throughout the years for me. If I ever need anything from across the pond, they're my go-to.
is it true theyre really slow on shipping?
never ordered from them although i do have some kits i want to buy from them.
new pickups...
last season's Juve...had to go with Utd ol' boy Patrice...
I've had one issue with subside and it was last year. They ran out of the letter "I" in EPL printing and didn't say anything for like 2 weeks after I had placed my order until I contacted them. They did offer to upgrade my shipping and I got it in like 2 days after it was shipped.I've never had issues with their shipping and I've been placing orders with them since 2005. It usually takes 7-10 days for me but I think 95% of my items have required patches/names.
Unlike kitbag they actually have customer service. I had an issue with incorrect patches and they ate shipping both ways and didn't fight with me due to it being a customized shirt.

Comes out to 35 shipped. I haven't check anywhere else, I just know that seller is legit.
Thanks and REPPED gents.
Just keep in mind for those looking for the respect patches, there are the newer ones with the red Uefa logo and the older one with the blue/black logo so just make sure you're getting the correct one based on the year of the jersey.
2008-09...What year is that blue kit? And are there other years they used that color?
I think i may have the 08-09 as well. The a nameset isnt flat right?2008-09...
Utd have used blue kits quite a bit over the years...
in the 2000s they've worn them in 02-03, 05-06, 08-09 and 14-15...
there were more of course in the earlier seasons of the Premier League...
