Well, I find them to be not all that warm. I usually use a fleece tube, but those get frozen really quickly from the moisture in your breath. I like the Neoprene face masks for warm skiing days where you don't need warmth or layers, just a small cover with good airflow. Unfortunately, those types of days rarely occur here in the NE.
