Quick update on my faded water shorts: Wasn't able to get anyone on the phone at either the warehouse or NYC #'s, so I emailed them via the website form and they responded pretty much immediately. They had me send them pics of the shorts and they (again, immediately) sent me a UPS label to return them for exchange/full refund. So worst case scenario I buy another pair off StockX or Ebay (come on, new promo code!); best case, they have another (unworn, lol) XL pair laying around.

Anyway, solid, solid customer service on their end.
