    added the dragon to top off my sleeve, still got a couple more sessions of shading.  Took 3 sessions to outline the dragon, geisha, and phoenix.  12 hours total to do the outline.  Ill post pics of the full sleeve soon

^Depends on how much money you got. . Are there any pictures of how his Malcolm piece on Wale turned out after healing. Cuz grayscale is not recommended often by talented artist in people as dark as me and him.

Thanx fong, ive been following this thread alot, so might as well put my latest session up.  I got it done from an artist tht my boy went to highschool with.  Im from the Los angeles area , torrance to be exact.  Hes known locally, but he has skills and alot of unknown artist are underated imo. not sure how long his wait it is, but he travels alot and takes appointments based on areas that he's in. if you local, socal, i believe he takes appointments based on tattoo idea that he's into.

I'm trying to get some ideas for half sleeves I'm trying to get, only thing I know is I want them to be a japanese theme. Both arms from elbow to wrist, I got in contact with Jeff Gogue but he said he's booked for 2 years |I . Does anyone now of any artist similar to Jeffs style? Im willing to travel from NY too

Cartoon's japanese half sleeve is actually quite nice but I hate how he does his waves. They seem so sharp when they shouldn't be.



Saw this picture on his website. Wonder if Horiyoshi taught him a thing or two about Japanese tattooing.

I emailed him like 2 years ago. Charged 150/hour and the wait time was a about two months. Now this was two years ago, so I'm guessing things may have changed.

Finally finished this little thing. Did about only a half hour touch up and got rid od the flare lines fro the flower over the face. I guess I should have figured to keep that or not a long time ago. Colored the 3rd eye blue and colored the rest of the face. It's kind of odd to show this piece from all the stuff I posted before but I really like my skull now. The color really made it newer and better again.

This is Adam Hays, out of Red Rocket Tattoo. My guy is Kyle, he tells me to go to Adam for some stuff, since he's the most talented artist there. I might actually do it for a full back piece. A tiger would be dope. This is some of his recent back work.

Super sick. As I always say now, go big or go home on tattoos. Big tattoos (meaning the subject matter) just look better than smaller ones. The way the skull, dragon and tiger are so huge just make the imagery beter.

Touch up yes but more so when you are getting your tattoo. The fade is normal. You can go in and get it touched up but in another 3 years, it will fade again. I think just live and let live personally because you'll end up just spending way too much on a tattoo that is supposed to age. I guess if any, just don't spend tons of money on a touch up.
