and Entourage. If they put The Wire on Blu. They can just take my money.
yup. Can't wait for this. I already have the series on DVD but I will still cop the blu ray.
Death
Taxes
and Season 2 slander
David Simon is on record saying they didn't film it in HD. A Blu Ray would have come out by now.
That season still sucked though.
he was basically saying he wanted to retain the gritty feel
but there's the hd remaster coming which already undermines that
blu ray has to follow
the wire caught fire late
they're not gonna pass this money up
I've said it before, but I don't care if it's still 4:3, I'll take a blu ray collection with 1 disc per season. The DVD set is a pain with all those damn discs.
That fool Sergei.
"Did he have hands? Did he have a face? Yes? Then it wasn't us"
Unless I was committed, I would skip over season 2 upon rewatching.
Season 4
3>5=1>2
i agree, i thought hwas even MORE annoying on Generation Kill. I cant stand that actor.ziggy was one of the most annoying, easy to hate characters i've ever seen. Wished he was real so I could've murdered him.
McNaulty, Mike, Stringer, Omar, Chris
Season 2 is essential to the entire series - you find out who the real kingpin of Bmore is and you see what causes a fatal rift between Stringer and Avon, you also see how a stained glass window leads to alot of misfortunes for Frank.
Skip and you're going to miss a lot of character development
